We ship orders to all destinations in the Philippines. All our products are shipped from Manila using Xend Express (http://www.xendexpress.com), Fastrack (http://fastrack.ph/), LBC (http://www.lbcexpress.com) or similar couriers of our choice. Our Bellarmina and Jo Totes bags are packed and shipped in boxes to prevent damage during transit.

You should get your order within 5 working days from confirmation of receipt of your payment. Please allow three working days for us to ship your order. We will email you the courier’s tracking number once your order has been shipped. Delivery time by our couriers is 1-3 working days. Once the package is already with the courier, Pixel and Gretel no longer have control over the delivery time. You may contact the courier regarding delivery of your package using contact details in their website.

The shipping fee is determined per transaction. You may get a shipping fee quote for your order. Just place items for purchase in your shopping cart, then click on the cart icon at the upper right corner of the page and View Cart. You will be led to the shopping cart page which shows your purchases and their total amount. Click on "Estimate Shipping" and select the applicable country and region to view shipping cost.

For shipping to international destinations, you will need to fill out the Order Form and we will send you an invoice within 48 hours indicating the shipping fee and the total payment for your order including shipping fee.
