  • How do I shop on your website?

Shopping is convenient and easy. Simply add item to your shopping cart by clicking on the cart icon of the item you wish to purchase. When all items for purchase are in your shopping cart, click on your cart at the upper right corner of the page and View Cart. You will be led to the shopping cart page which shows your purchases and their total amount. To pay, click on the checkout button and follow the procedure shown.

For credit card and PayPal payments, you will be directed to the secure PayPal website. You may pay as a guest for a one-time transaction or you may log in and make payment if you have a PayPal account.

For offline payments by bank deposit at BPI or BDO and GCash, just follow step by step instructions at checkout. Note essential details and pay within two working days.

  • What if I am not yet familiar with online shopping, may I purchase through Facebook or text message?

As much as possible, we prefer purchases to be made online through our website. We will be glad to help you with your online shopping if you need assistance. Just text customer service at 0947-8938959. But if online shopping really causes you anxiety or you currently have no access to the internet, we can accept purchase through Facebook private message or text message at the previously mentioned number as last alternative.

  • How do I pay for my order?

We accept payments through credit card, BPI and BDO bank deposit, and GCash.

  • Do you accept international credit cards and orders?

Yes, we accept international credit cards via PayPal. But if you wish to have your order shipped outside the Philippines, kindly fill out our Order Form in lieu of using the shopping cart. We will then provide you shipping fee details so you can pay for your order with the shipping fee in one transaction.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

All credit card transactions are guaranteed and protected by PayPal’s security features. For more information on PayPal, visit www.paypal.com.

  • How do I use a gift voucher or coupon on your website?

Should you wish to use a gift voucher or coupon for your purchase, just click on your shopping cart at the upper right corner of the page and View Cart after putting all items for purchase in your cart. You will be led to the shopping cart page. Click on "Use Gift Voucher" and enter the voucher code or click "Use Coupon Code" and enter the coupon code. The amount of the voucher or coupon will be deducted from the total amount of your purchase. If you need assistance, please text us at 0947-8938959.

  • How much is the shipping fee?

The shipping fee is determined per transaction. You may get a shipping fee quote for your order. Just place items for purchase in your shopping cart, then click on the cart icon at the upper right corner of the page and View Cart. You will be led to the shopping cart page which shows your purchases and their total amount. Click on "Estimate Shipping" and select the applicable country and region to view shipping cost.

For shipping to international destinations, you will need to fill out the Order Form and we will send you an invoice within 48 hours indicating the  shipping fee and the total payment for your order plus shipping fee.

  • Am I assured you will send my order after I pay through bank deposit or GCash?

Rest assured that we will send your order after we receive your payment. We do good business and will not risk our name and reputation with unfulfilled orders. We are a registered corporation regulated by the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission. For bank deposit and GCash payments, we will provide you our bank and contact details. You can get in touch with us for any problem in the delivery of your order.

  • What type of shipping service do you use?

We ship via Xend, Fastrack, LBC or similar couriers. Our Bellarmina and Jo Totes bags are packed and shipped in a box to ensure good condition upon receipt.

  • When will I get my order?

You should get your order within five working days from confirmation of receipt of your payment.

  • How do I track shipping of my package?

Upon shipment of your order, we will furnish you details to help you track your package.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping options are subject to various promotions we offer from time to time.

  • Where do your products come from?

Bellarmina and Tara are home brands of a Philippine-registered corporation, Pixel and Gretel, Inc. Their products and Fashion Purveyor items come from the Philippines. Jo Totes and mod. straps are products of U.S. entities. Reisenthel shopping bags are items of a German company. All products purchased on our website are shipped from the Philippines.

  • Do you offer bulk or wholesale price?

Yes, for a minimum purchase of Php 10,000 at regular price, we offer bulk or wholesale prices. Feel free to contact us for details.

  • What do I do if the item I want is out of stock?

You may contact us to determine soonest availability. 

  • How do I clean my products?

Our bags are made from faux leather so using a soft damp cloth should help remove any dirt or grime, without damaging the material. For our cloth products, please see the product description in their respective pages to check on appropriate cleaning measures.
