Agreement to these Terms & Conditions is required to complete all orders made through the Pixel and Gretel store (www.pixelandgretel.com).

Placing an order

Orders in this website are accepted only through our shopping cart system and checkout procedures.  


Instructions for bank deposit and G-Cash payments are provided upon checkout. Please make the payment within the allotted period and inform us once payment is completed. Upon receipt, we will confirm payment within 48 hours.

Shipping and delivery

We ship orders to all destinations in the Philippines using the courier of our choice. You may get a shipping fee quote for your order by placing items for purchase in your shopping cart. Click on the cart icon at the upper right corner of the page and View Cart. You will be led to the shopping cart page which shows your purchases and their total amount. Click on "Estimate Shipping" and select the applicable country and region to view shipping cost.

Please allow three working days to ship out your order. We will email you the courier’s tracking number once your order has been shipped. Delivery time by our couriers is 1-3 working days. Once the package is already with the courier, Pixel and Gretel no longer have control over the delivery time. Out of stock items

If an item runs out of stock after your order is processed, we will promptly inform you. You may modify your order or request for a full refund. Refunds may take 2-5 working days.


Items may be returned within 7 days from receipt provided they are in original condition. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable for returns. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees on returns.

Reviews and comments

You may send us reviews, comments, and photos of items you purchased from our website; and submit suggestions, ideas and information regarding our store, provided the content is not illegal, obscene, or otherwise harmful to third parties and does not carry software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, and mass mailings. We reserve the right to remove or edit such content. You may not use false email or impersonate any person in sending us your communication. You guarantee that you own and control all the rights to the content you send us and grant us nonexclusive, royalty-free, and perpetual right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
